What limited your ability to perform faster:

I probably held too fast a pace for too long. I got greedy during about a 5 mile stretch.

Event comments:

Great race, very well organized. I am happy with my performance and with the overall experience. Already looking for more!

Passed 1/2 marathon at 1:55 and feeling great. Felt great till about 23, then hit wall. Cramped legs didn't let me achieve my sub 4-hour goal.

Thanks!  It was definitely tough to not reach my 'goal' but it is a great improvement on the last one.  And, besides the mental barrier, I guess I did achieve my goal for all intents and purposes.  Have you done many Marathons?

Thanks to all of you!  I have just started using this site and already I feel like a part of something special.  It's is like a virtual training group.  For me that is nice, since where I live I can't always find the nice support groups for training that I would like.  (although, my wife is great!)
