Atlanta Half Marathon - Run

Comments: I started out very slowly, let a lot of folks pass me. After about the 8 mile mark, I was surprised by how good I felt. The heartrate was low, so I picked up the pace a bit. Towards the end, I was passing a lot of those folks who had gassed it at the start and who looked miserable. I felt great and finished very strong.  Post race
Warm down: Are you kidding? As soon as I stopped, the chill set in since I was soaked with sweat. I nearly froze to death. Event comments: Pic #1 - Clowning around, trying to stay warm before the race. Pic #2 - Race finish was at the Braves Stadium. Profile Album Last updated: 2004-10-13 12:00 AM
