12 hrs of riding is good for me -- 3 per week, or building up to 4 per week.

I hate Peeps so this is really motivating -- do not want peep avatar in April!!

Cheers, -Sunny

I heart Peeps! But I promise not to toss the competition in order to get a peep avatar.

Put me in for 160 miles. And thanks, Cat.

I would like to be a part of this challenge since the Feb. challenge kept me motivated. Since I haven't been on my  bike much in the last year or so my goal is going to be "lower". I am in for 8 hours. I will up if it goes well.

Thanks,
Stacie

I *heart* PEEPS! OK, I'm masochistic. I really don't have time to even participate in a challenge next month..... But I need to get some workouts in - DESPITE "werk".... OK, I've talked myself into it....

I'm in for the PEEPS Challenge! Goal is, um, (stupid work).... Put me down for 60 miles. It's a wimpy little goal, but I know there will be a full week where I won't be around, and won't have access to my bike. But even a small goal is something.

I am in, put me down for 140 miles...may be a few more? We shall see, just getting back on the bike after a long layoff. Hence, marshmallow today non marshmallow tomorrow!

I'm still pretty much learning to ride my bike. Accordingly, my goal is definitely going to be pretty low. I guess you can put me down for 6 hours.

I'm in for 250 miles and will up it if the weather cooperates and I can actually ride outside rather than all trainer time.

What happened to the concept of a multisport challenge for March? Will that be what we're doing in April?

You could always run one yourself!!

In general the challenges are based on whoever on BT sets one up and runs it so there is no reason why someone couldnt set up and run a multisport challenge any month!

Thats how I started running challenges... no one was one month so I thought Id start something! Im not part of BT, apart from being a member, so its pretty open for you to do whatever you like (of course Im always happy to help!)

Hello,

I am Peggy and I am presently doing the swimming challenge....I have almost got my goal! I am relatively new here and the swimming challenge was my first. I find that it really pushed me and I have reaped so many benefits....I would love to do this biking challenge, albei on a stationary bike, but biking and getting those legs going is on my list of goals for the year. I challenge myself to do 16 hours. That is going to push me! It might even get my husband to shell out for a spinning bike! ...I can always dream!

Hi Peggy - great to have yuo on the challenge! A stationary bike is a great place to start... I will be doing some spin classes myself as part of my goal!

An alternative to a spin bike might be to get a road bike (if you are going to be getting a bike at some stage) and a trainer which means you can ride your own bike in a stationary  position at home which is great practice when you cant get outdoors

Congrats on almost reaching your goal for the swim challenge!
