Below you will find the link for your team's spreadsheet.  You can edit it with
username: btchallenge
password: challengeforum

Please take a minute to check your goals.  If they are wrong, or you don't have any, please change them.  No need to notify me.   Challenge goals should be finalized by Friday, 4/4.

The only columns you'll need to edit throughout the challenge are the ones for entering your progress.  Ex: Swim Completed.  Everything else is calculated automatically - the percentages, averages, even the day and progress through the month.  Please don't change them.

Let me know if you have questions!

-Jen

Hey there, fellow Moose-mates.  Late addition to the team here.  I signed up 10,000 yds in the pool, 8 hours on the bike, and 7 hours running.  I've been having trouble sticking with my plan (that pesky pool time seems to get dropped way too often) - this challenge should help keep me on track.  I have a 5K and my very first tri this month so no time for slacking off!

Fellow Moose-keteers, how's everyone doing?

Might be ambitious but signed up for:

Swim - 8000
Bike - 150
Run - 50
Strength - 9

The good news is I'm going to get in 1/5 of my bike/run at a Du on 4/26. Let's show everyone that us Bullwinkle's mean business!

Hi guys,

I am also in for a couple of ambitious goals:

3 hours swimming (which will be 3 more than last month...)

13 hours biking

7 hours running

3 hours core/strength/yoga

I have a lot of time on my hands as I am purposefully between jobs at the moment, so it should be doable! I had a couple of races scheduled for this spring that got changed due to travel plans, so my next race is a 1/2 marathon at the end of may.

 Looking forward to winning!:-)

Hey Everyone -

I am Stacie (dimplespoo). Mighty Moose is kind of appropriate since I am currently in Alaska working through this week and then back home to Oklahoma. I have a full month ahead - 60 miles run, 10 hour bike and 12 strength. All increases in the past months challenges. I notice a few names from previous challenges. Lets kick some tail this month..

I had that problem before.  What I had to do was log out from my personal gmail account and log in with the btchallenge account.  Hopefully this helps.

Hey Team!  Glad to meet ya (thanks for the shout-out Lynne!)...

My goals this month are basically what the Oly plan from BT has laid out for me:

  • swim 375 minutes (6.25 hours)
  • run 375 minutes (6.25 hours)
  • bike 12.5 hours (I think)

I have a duathlon (my first) on April 27, which will help with the miles. It's a 1.6 run /14.4 bike/3.8 run.  Tomorrow begins week 9 of the 16-week Olympic plan, so I am halfway to my goal which is an Oly tri (duh) on June 7.

So, let's tell the team a little bit about ourselves...I'm am mom to 2 young boys (2 and 5) in the 'burbs of Seattle/Redmond.  I complain about the weather and about lack of time to train a lot, however, I am starting to figure out how to fit it all in without disrupting everyone's life too bad!  I am a major spaz, if you don't believe me, please refer to my photo album entitled "new wetsuit".  I appreciate inspires so much and even if I don't return them immediately, I do try to get to them!  This is my second tri season-I did four sprints last year, and placed in most of them in the Athena category, which I am racing again this year.  I am on Team Javelin, too.  That's good enough for now.  Next?????
