Great job everyone! Was thinking of slacking tonight and skipping a planned recovery swim/lifting session. But seeing this now I'm heading out later to complete my goal for strength and either complete or just about for swimming. Will finish or add to my swimming tomorrow.

I was tempted to slack off tonight, but also got inspired by the mooses!  Ran a few miles, and only have six more to go.  The end is in sight!

Alright Moose!  Back in the lead!  Congrats to everyone who raced this weekend - y'all rocked it!

I'm getting close to meeting all my goals for the month - run goal is finished, swim and bike just need one more workout apiece.  This has been my best month ever as far as sticking to the training plan.  Thanks, fellow Moose, for keeping me motivated and on track.

Got a 1000 yard swim and good lifting session so believe I'm at 100% for all. Will fit some more in tomorrow to get as close to 110% as possible.

This is my best month training in a looooooong time -- and it's all down to you wonderful people.

110% bike goal, 110% run goal, and 100% swim goal!!!

Plus last night I swam my personal-best ever distance - 600m front crawl without stopping - which gives me hope for my upcoming sprint tri.

GOOOOOOOOOOOO MOOOOOOOOOOSES!!!

Got in a 34mi bike ride and a 3mi run yesterday.  The bike helped finish off the 700mi bike goal for the month.  I will cleanup the swim and run goals today after work.  I have a bike ride tomorrow and should finish at about 105% of all three goals.  Thanks to everyone who sent an inspire my way!

Got in a small swim to get me to 110% and lifted to get me to 110%. That'll be it for the month as I'll miss 110 on the bike but will be spending tomorrow night doing my favorite thing in the world which is watching my daughter.

This is the most incredible challenge group in the history of challenges.  At least that's my opinion.  Everyone put forth huge effort to meet and or exceed their goals!!  How fantastic!  So in addition to winning, we can each feel good about the work we did on our training this past month!!  I hope you are all doing the May challenge--it really does help you stick to the plan!!  Once again, GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!

I got my final run in this morning.  Didn't get much over 100%, but I made up for it in biking.

Hey Moose!  I had a lot of fun doing this challenge.  Thanks to all for encouraging me to stick with my plan!  I still have to put in a few minutes on the bike to get to 100% but I think I'll be able to sneak it in tonight.   Got to go take a biochem exam first - send good vibes my way!

Well, looks like I'm going to come up 44 mins short on my bike goal.  I got out for a mt. bike ride tonight, but it wasn't enough.  I did however finish the month with more than double my original swim goal.

This was my first challenge and the bar has been set pretty high as far as teams go.  This one's going to be hard to beat, everyone here is great and very motivating.  I'm taking May off from the challenge due to significant travel for work and vacation, but hopefully I'll get teamed up with some of you again in June.

Just looking and updating the spreadsheet and WOW awesome job everyone. So many over 100%. If it wasn't for this challenge I'm sure I would've slacked the last 3 days but didn't because of all you fellow Moose's!
