First off...AWESOME Job Jon!!!!  Second...you need to change your total time....it reads 7hrs 30 seconds!!!!  (Many people do this....I think people think it's asking for the time the race started, when it is asking for your total race time.)  Haha! I was thinking you did a half iron, but the swim was uber fast, then you had a rockin bike, and I am thinking "Did he totally walk the run?" But nope...smoking run.....so that clearly was not your total time for your OLY!  Hahaha!!!

BUT what awesome times you posted!!!  Nicely done! Ur my idol!

Thanks Tanya!  I fixed it -- I put in the time the race started.  Duh.

Did you get faster over the years, or what? Awesome race. Good seeing you on the course too. I always like a good shout out. It's those types of things that turns an angry run into a not so angry run.

I need to get over to your blog to check your race schedule.

Wow - smoking splits, especially given the adverse weather.

Top 25% of your AG definitely earns you a slot into Nationals.  Are you going (Portland, OR in late September)?

Awesome race Jon! It was great seeing you again! I'm still so, so, so jealous of the swim. Wanna be my swim coach?

Wow, that swim was awesome. Way to go! I'm chuckling to myself about your "slow, with bad knees" comment when you put up 8:10s on the run. Heh.
