Subject: RE: What's a good recovery supplement?About 10 ounces of 2% chocolate milk for me! I read the study as well in Triathlete or the USAT quarterly, I forget which one. They (no, I don't know who they are ) did a study comparing atheletes using various supplements and chocolate milk and they found no significant difference between the results.
