Are you following a training plan, if yes the the plan will (should) have build and recovery cycles in it and the plans frequency will depend on what level you selected or can even change with one month with increase bike, the next increased run, etc. There are 2x per week, 3x per week, on so on. Based on your logs I'd recommend that you read this thread on determining the proper HR zones and begin to train using them. The bike and run are not the same, can be close or can be very different, each individual is unique when it comes to this. If a HIM is your goal, you'll need to understand all about nutrition, it's also a big learning curve. Hammer nutrition has a good handbook that I used to learn about it all. There's a lot to digest along the way, but train properly and you'll get there. Best of luck! |
