Total Time = 3h 55m 30s
Overall Rank = 147/440
Age Group = 30-34
Age Group Rank = 16/35
Pre-race routine:

Woek up, showered, had two slices of PB toast, fed the dogs and out the door. Got to the place, bibbed up and found a friend who was doing the half.
Event warmup:

Jogged around for a couple minutes.
Run
  • 3h 55m 30s
  • 26.2 miles
  • 08m 59s  min/mile
Comments:

The first half went by quick because I was runing with friends. Started cramping at about mile 20-21ish ... to a point that I couldn't bend my knee so I started doing a run/walk combo until the leg loosened and I was good to go about mile 24. THen I crossed -- good times.

What would you do differently?:

Not cramp up.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around a little. Had about four oranges.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Poor training, lack of intestinal fortitude.

Event comments:

Good race, good course, just crappy performance.

"woek up" - is that Asian?

For hardly training, a sub-4 is pretty good!  Just think if you actually applied yourself.

3:55 is hardly a crappy performance. If you want to see crappy, look up some of my past marathon times! Great race, hope you're recovering well

I see you use most of your words for "work."  Wait, that's TAN.

Anyway, nice race!
