Run
Comments: The first half went by quick because I was runing with friends. Started cramping at about mile 20-21ish ... to a point that I couldn't bend my knee so I started doing a run/walk combo until the leg loosened and I was good to go about mile 24. THen I crossed -- good times. What would you do differently?: Not cramp up. Post race
Warm down: Walked around a little. Had about four oranges. What limited your ability to perform faster: Poor training, lack of intestinal fortitude. Event comments: Good race, good course, just crappy performance. Last updated: 2008-09-30 12:00 AM

Woek up, showered, had two slices of PB toast, fed the dogs and out the door. Got to the place, bibbed up and found a friend who was doing the half.
Jogged around for a couple minutes.
