I PM'd Slugger.

Some of you asked what the carp is a Thruster Challenge!  Here is a link to what a thruster is.  My goal is to follow the same schedule as the 100 pushups...

http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/excercise.html

Scroll down to the second grouping called "Crossfit Exercises".   Then within that box scroll to Thruster Barbell.

hehe!

I still say it sounds funny!

I did a very crazy thing. Bordering on insanity. I did a 10 mile run on the treadmill. It was so cold and slippery again and I didn't want to risk a major illness setback so I sucked it up and did it. My legs are hating me!

OMG K - I can't even imagine - or, well maybe I can

I did a 7 mile run on the treadmill once, that would probably be about the same amount of time as you doing 7

sounds like it's time for a serving of wine!

Yeah, it took a lot of focus. I had to take two tiny breaks to make the time go by. And I ran slow so I wouldn't trash my legs so it was even more boring. But in some sick sort of way, it was very satisfying because i made myself do it.

Morning team.

I finally made the right decision yesterday, I had a hard time waking up this morning ... I can't imagine with the wine etc

What is everyone up to today ?

I just finished a 45 minutes run and I have an hour on the trainer to do tonight.

Morning everyone. I have a swim planned this afternoon after a work meeting. It's the pool with the jacuzzi so I plan to spend a little time in there as well. My back is protesting from that long tready run yesterday!

I have a run planned. Outside even, now that the day is above 50 degrees.

I did not avoid the wine last night. This morning was a bit, ahem... rough.

I squeezed in the swim! But was very disappointed to find out the jacuzzi and hot/cold plunge pools were out of service. WTF??? Oh well. I didn't have much time. I was in, showered and out in an hour, which is always a good thing.

Morning team,

I was suposed to ride on the trainer yesterday night but when I came back from my massage I decided to just relax. So I had to get up early to do it.

Done, now off to work then a good diner with a bottle of wine

Have a great day team

Hi Team!

Have a great race Beth and Kristin!!! Can't wait to read the race reports!

I'm doing an hour run tonight and a swim. It's good to be back in Pasco and on plan again, but my legs are definitely feeling the 20.5 miles I've ran the last 3 days

Happy training everyone!!!
