Very productive morning but now I cant do things that deal with clients outside the office. so it seems there is more time for me to log onto BT and catch up on the forums. |

Good Friday and Easter aren't holidays for me personally, so I don't mind at all. tri_again - 2005-03-25 11:33 AM Here in Massachusetts, we also get Patriots Day, which is the third monday in April. It's the day when "the shot heard 'round the world" was fired at the battle of Lexington and Concord. Parades, cool reinactments, including the capture of Paul Revere. Oh yeah, it's also the day of the Boston Marathon. Patriots Day is one of the things I miss about living in MA. I spent most of my childhood in the Lexington and Concord area (Burlington) and when we rode dirt bikes, me and a friend would ditch our motorcycle helmets in a good sized hole/depression in the ground in the woods. It was full of beer cans and other trash. One day we found a plaque under the leaves commemorating the hole as the location of a house where Sam Adams and John Hancock hid from the British on their way to Philadelphia after fleeing Lexington. Pretty amazing. Just a hole in the ground in the woods full of teenagers empty beer cans. |

My daughter had some major oral surgery on Wed, and after spending the night with her at the hospital Wed night, I haven't had a lot of rest these past two days. I'm talking day and night work. But I did get a bike trainer session in. I gave her a bell to ring if she needed anything. We all have our priorities.  |
