Noticed some changes in the Garmin uploading today -- all looked great and worked fine. However, after I logged my bike workout, there is the "Lap Data" link, but no "HR Data" link like there used to be. There was one for my run, but not for the bike. Did something get changed or is there some setting I need to tweak? Thanks for ALL you do!!

Crud. That's a bug. Turns out if you already have a workout with Enhanced HR Zone data, then upload a new workout that also has it, the new HR data doesn't get captured. We'll have a fix ready tonight and post here when it's available.
You'll have to upload the workout again to get the HR data though. Sorry about that.

Great, thanks! And no need to apologize!! It's no big deal to re-upload the workout. Thanks again!! Yay!

Doh!!!

So I re-upped the workout and it is showing cumulative HR data (not for the ride from just today). I'm not sure if it's ALL data for the last X days or what. So, data there, but not accurate to reflect the workout.

Thanks!!

Feel like trying one more time? You know, it's funny what a misplaced decimal point can do.
This wasn't my day. I did get a nice bike ride in though.

Hi,

I just uploaded my first/only workout of the day from my Garmin FR305 and I have the HR high/ave/low but not the advanced data.

I'm also seeing some funny issues with the HR data from the 305. There seems to be two issues that have just appeared:

1) Did a short run this morning and no HR zone data is shown on the training log, only min, avg, max
2) Yesterday did a 3hr ride and while the HR zone data is displayed, it is showing totally the wrong times for each zone, i.e. 2hr Zone 1, 3 hr zone 2, etc.

Let me know if you need any additional info Mike.

Phil.

I deleted my workout and reimported it and didn't see the advance HR data. After I saved the changes and went back to my blog the HR link was there but the data is wrong: my 36 minute run is only showing about 14 minutes of HR data.

It posted a workout... but I'm not sure it's the right one. Normally I wouldn't have such a good idea of my zones/HR and such, but I was doing LT repeats so I KNOW that for 50:00 (or close to it) I was in certain ranges. The data seems about 30:00 short for my total workout. Also, the date on the text portion says 2/1, so I'm wondering if it's reading an older workout? (I don't delete off my Garmin very often, only every 1-2 mos.)

So, data showed up but I'm not sure it's COMPLETE. I'll keep an eye on it for future workouts... and the workout will stay on my Garmin for awhile should I need to try to import it again.

Hmmmm... and just u/l'ed a run from today and the HR data doesn't match my run at all, in terms of time spent at various HRs. (11:00 total for a 55:00 run where the HR was in a measurable zone the entire time.)

Thanks!

I'm also having strange issues with 305 data.  Last nights bike ride that was close to 90 minutes shows only minutes in zones 1 - 4.  I was sucking wind last night so I know I had my heartrate in those zones for more than a few minutes.

Run data is off too, something weird going on.

Similar issues for me. HR Zone data for my run this morning is now showing, but the duration in each zone totals much less than the overall time of the run.

Is anyone still seeing this? The fixes applied yesterday should have corrected it.

Today's run uploaded ok and the HR data looked as expected. I went back and deleted Tuesday's run and reimported it and now it looks good.

Thanks!

I have a similar problem, there is no advanced data there, but my HR zone is not active.  How do I activate it?

I created a new zone yesterday but later deleted it making my old zone inactive.  Help!!

trey, you should be good to go.
I thought we had this designed so that deleting a zone made the most recent one for that sport active if one existed. Apparently not. We'll correct that.
