Swim 3, Bike 3, Run 5 With a limit of 11 I would go with either JK's recommendation or Swim 4, Bike 2, Run 5. However those two bikes are going to be serious  If possible, I would look to squeeze in a few extra workouts like bike commuting and transition runs off the bike. This way you could add 10-20 minutes of easy running off the bike without really adding an extra workout. Shane |
