Not racing, but I am volunteering.  I'm the run course captain for the Tavern Tri on Sunday.  Lots of setup tomorrow and a very early day on Sunday.

I am...Big Foot up in Lake Geneva...it's only my second OLY and I am soooooooooo nervous!!

I just want it to go better than last year's OLY...that run was like a death march!

Forgive me if I have the wrong place, I am sure it was this site. Some guy was doing Iron Man france this weekend. All I know is he was worried about the steep hills and was on asking what type of bike to use, but I lost the thread.
Does anyone know who he is and how he got on?
