I tried the "shake like a dog" technique...now i have a headache. I tried the "jump up and down on one leg" technique. We won $10,000 on AFV, but I still have water in my ears. I tried pouring alcohol in my ear...now I'm drunk...
I will continue to try all of these until either 1) I pass out, or get dizzy and fall over, 2) give up and "slosh" for the rest of the race, or 3) dry out.

J- Uh, you forgot the banging yourself in the side of the head!! Truly, head tilted to side and shaking usually works for me, but takes too long. Qtip also works for me, but if I tried it in transition I'd surely be calling my friendly neighborhood ENT for an eardrum graft! I just dealt with it during the race, and attacked the Qtips right after. I can't tolerate earplugs. Good luck!! |
