Toasted whole wheat English muffin with super chunky peanut butter with a little spicy sambal sauce on top. MMMmmm good.

(or the above sandwich, but minus the toasted whole wheat English muffin and sambal sauce, and plus a very large spoon).

My typical breakfast is a half cup (dry) of oatmeal with spoonful of honey, a spoonful of natural peanut butter and a pinch of salt.  Add hot water and mix it up.  Very tasty!

Just don't have it the morning before a tri. It kind of bounced around in my stomach on the run.

Me, me, me!  I alternate between almond butter & natural PB.  My only gripe with almond butter, is the cost...it's way more expensive than PB...so I try to stretch a jar for as long as possible.

I don't really like PBJ, but I do like natural peanut butter on wheat toast or a wheat english muffin.

People eat too much peanut butter, or overestimate how good it is for you.

I'm allergic, so no problem for me...

My vote is low-fat (or non-fat) yogurt.

Vote on beer... with a little chicken and a little rice.

Suprised nobody has said Tuna. I bought a bunch when I started working out, because I thought it would be an awesome recovery snack, but it's still there, 6 months later. I guess I tired of it pretty quickly.
