I'm used to identifying myself in photos by looking for a great big mass of wild hair. I have to say, though, Stacie and I could teach Kate a thing or two about hair gel and the proper curly-haired drying techniques.

I use (probably) too much of it... but if you have a fro like I do, you have to coat every strand... and then scrunch. I don't blow dry anymore... I just scrunch in the car on the way to work... (45 + minute commute) I sometimes blast the heat in the car and just drive with sweltering hot air blowing on me and I scrunch the whole time. Bizarre? Yes. Effective? Yes!  If you can't afford Biolage Gelee, (it's pricey, but so awesome!) Pantene "curly" gel is a decent alternative!  Heh. Kate Major's got nothing on my fro. ^^^^^ I wish I could catch her to tell her. Ha! |
