Hey Guys,

I know many of you know me and my story, and many of you might not. Anyways, 2 years ago today I weighed 400 pounds and had Gastric Bypass. In the last 12 months I have completed 4 x 70.3's, Ironman Louisville, 3 Marathons, and a lot of other races. Check out my "Year In Review" at www.trimywill.blogspot.com and to learn about my weight loss journey go to www.trimywill.com . Thank you all for your tips, support and encouragement, I could not have gotten through all this without ya'll...

Dan

Yeah bro... I will be down in Hunstville in 3 weeks and counting! I am running The Rocky Raccoon 100 mile Trail Run. The race is on Feb 6th at Hunstsville State Park, and yes, I WILL swim The Straight Of Gibraltar in August. To say that I will be among the less than 50 Americans who have EVER done it will be quite awesome. You are da man, congrats on your successes...
