Time for new shoes...these are too hard to get into on the bike.

Nice splits for an old guy My sprint ranking in M45-49 is almost as good as yours, but man will I have to work hard to ever turn in a oly like you did. Great job.

Your T1 was 1:42 and that was below average?????  Your wetsuit was stuck and it still only took you 1:42 in T!.  To heck with the rest of the race, I am in awe of that.

Scott - you killed that race! Fantastic job. So I guess the secret to PR'ing an OLY race is to train for an Ironman? Is that the secret? Good luck the rest of the season.
