Wow, some are really funny. I've been meaning to order one for like 2 years. Maybe I'll do it tonight.

I really liked 'Is my bike OK?' and 'It's only a flesh wound!". It good to have a sense of humor.

My quote might be something like 'Revive with single malt scotch. The other stuff might kill me!'

On another note, I heard you can the RoadID nylon wrist model into a watch band for the Garmin 305. Has anyone tried it?

Thx.

Actually, this Homerism might be better:

Cool messages. I, too, have the usual info, but purchased one for myself and my younger brother and had the message at the bottom to read:
"The journey = the reward"

Wishing I would've specified organ donor on mine. Also hoping that I never have a reason for that to be a concern!

Mine has my name, DOB (because I have been mistaken for being a minor), sulfa allergy, blood type, husband's phone # (although I guess that would clear up concerns about being a minor), "Pain is temporary" and "Don't dream it, be it."

Parent's phone numbers. They live like 800 miles away, but they have contact info for local friends. Mine has my date of birth, city I live in, NKA (no known allergies), blood type, and "Respect All. Fear None."

20% off Road ID Coupon:  discount coupon #PC4946199TOD (expires in like 2 or 3 days)

Thanks!

I was hoping to pay it forward, but I guess they don't give a coupon code to people who used one.

Not to hijack but...

Hey!  Two of my son's have cochlear implants and I have been wondering how they would work around a tri... off for the swim (any problem?), on for the bike and run (custom helmet? sweat problems?).  How do you manage it?

You can read about my boys here and here .

We had along BTer screen name Lucy who had a cochlear implant.  She just raced without the outside part on I think.  She may have slipped in on in T1 but swimming didn't give her any troubles and she had a regular helmet.  Only so you don't try to PM her, she passed away from a brain tumor about 3 years ago (unrelated to her hearing problems

My boyfriend ordered mine for me... and he wrote "Its okay! I crash well!" Because the first date we went on was a bike ride.. when we did our second ride I crashed twice.. and from then on I crashed a total of 5 times that season.. ALWAYS saving the bike.. So for Christmas he wrote what I always yell right before I crash which is "Its okay, It's okay!!"

A quote from a teacher I once had.

"Let's be great. The world is far too average."

I love this.

I did with mine and it works pretty well.  I used this video to figure it out.  http://bit.ly/lKdKc1

seem to have three Road IDs.  Besides the contact and sulfa allergy info they say:

- Bring on the hills

- Not perfect, just amazing

- Long may you run

I'm getting my wife one for Mother's Day.  After all of her drug allergies are listed, I don't have any room for a good quote.
