There were 2 of us that showed up tonight at the "secret" spot.  It was a good swim, a little chop, a little rain, and walkaboutk was a good swim companion.  Hopefully, more can come next week.

Very sorry I could not make it. I would definitely be interested if it is scheduled again!  

I am willing to do it again on Friday.

After 3 this week.  My son is having his tonsils/adenoids sucked out on Thursday, so  iahve to be a dad with him on Friday till 3, thats when wifey gets home from school.

I just saw the routes you posted - you must be on Scott's mill. I am across the greenway in Pearson Farms. We can share a ride out to the 'sneaky spot? if you would like.

You are correct. Scotts Mill is where I live.  I'll PM you my phone.  We ca ncoordinate easier that way.

Not me.  I have no wet suit.

Where is the swim spot located? 

Haha, actually, I went again last weekend, the water temp was 74. Went again tonight and it says 72. Both times, I wore a wetsuit for the first three laps, then took it off to do one lap without. Honestly, it's not that bad, and I am a cold Wuss. Now, doing Washington without a wetsuit would be very Bad. I am good and ready for the swim this year!

Ebeneezer really is the best OWS spot around. Every time I've gone, there's somebody there already. And you swim from marker to marker, just like in a race, so you get good spotting practice.
