Went for a 6.5 mile run last night.  Didn't leave the house until 10 pm.  When I got back, I was so soaked that my wife asked if I had run through someone's sprinklers.  I was curious just how much sweat I was wearing, so... I wrung out my shirt, shorts and socks.  This is what I got.

10 ounces of sweat just in my clothes, only a small portion of the 4.5 pounds I lost during the run.

Sweet! That looks like a new sports drink!

It seems cooler to me to run in the early evening, 5-6pm than in the morning or at night. The lower humidity and breeze offset the higher temps, especially if I soak myself and wear the Skincooler or Under Armour heat clothing.

That is just NASTY! Some things are best left to the imagination, even if the results are obtainable.

Often times after I drop a deuce I swear I feel 5 pounds lighter. And that will usually get me to thinking about how much my bombs really weigh. But that doesn’t mean I will go as far as taking a dump on my scale just to see the results.

So far we have a picture of sweat in a bottle, a question about pee and a description of bowel movements.

I can hardly wait to see where this goes next.

Weigh self.  Dump.  Weigh self again.  No need to even look at the poo.

However, this was about how much sweat was IN his clothing.  I suppose he could have weighed his clothes pre and post run, but then we wouldn't be left with that beautiful image of bottled sweat.  It's actually probably some weird combination of sweat, sunscreen and who knows what else, but mostly sweat.
