My workouts: Last night: Went 4 miles with my 6 yr. old zipping along on his scooter, running, sprinting, jogging and walking, us chasing each other. Had a ball, and it must have been a good workout--I was DRENCHED!! This morning: 1500 yd. swim workout. Didn't have much time, so I went for intervals, speed and threshold: 500 w/u with kick drills 5x100, each 25 faster 'til I was sprinting the last 25 4x50, varying speeds 300 c/d, w/kick drills Tonight: Hill repeats on the TM and ST Edited by buscha 2011-08-17 11:59 AM
