Comments: good run for me ...getting to the start line took almost 10 minutes...they need to figure out a way to get the runners in the front and the walkers in the back...it was a lot of work the first mile but it was fun and just trying to have a good time..... What would you do differently?: nutin Post race
Warm down: waited for Ben to finish he did the 5k in (40:30) YEAH BEN !!! walk to find Wendi and Beka then take Beka to do the 1 Mile Gobbler which she (we) did in 12:10) YEAH BEKA!!!! got up with the family early Thanksgiving morning and made the hour drive to Clearwater. Took in a water and a Cliff Bar. Once we arrived had to stand in line for the Port o Lets and figure out our race strategy since Ben and I did the 5k, I was running the 1 mile Gobbler with Beka and Wendi did the 10k.
Stretch and light run....
