Subject: new guy heremy name is Ken I live near Toronto
I have been cycling all m life and my brother talked me into doing a tri with him
I have run on and off and not swam on 17 years
I just recently did 60 laps of the local pool in a breast stroke which covers the swim portion of the olympic distance i am doing in september
the bike is coming along and the run sucks
one thing i am having trouble with is that since i am doing all three activities together for hte first time in my life i am not being sport specific enough and the run seems to be suffering the most
any tips?
my first race is june 19 a sprint distance in huntsville northern ontario
