Pre-race routine:

ate two bites of chris' muffin and drank a coke, what else would a runner do?

laughed, touched people, and laughed some more. in that order.

was so much fun, started the race with everydamnbody after a bit rennick and i ran with the army guys, they were carrying flags and running in formation and yelling cadences, it was AWESOME, then we met back up with ben and his crazy mom.
What would you do differently?:

not a damn thing.

Warm down:

laughed, touched people, and laughed some more. tried to make ben carry me on his back, didn't work out so well. maybe in a few years.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

my need for some good times.
