Good weather and ambition (and the fact that I would rather ride than run or swim ) and I would blow away my goal. Bad weather, and then my goal would be a good stretch - I can only do so much time on the trainer or all bundled up in rain and snow and cold when I have so much room for improvement in the pool or running.
So I posted a goal that matched my training plan I laid out at the start of the year and revised as I am preparing myself to put in a solid 20 week build to race.
Remember it is March 1 and in the words of Dick Vitale
