Happy St. Patty's!

It's been a busy month but I have been getting my biking in somehow!  I have 5 hours in - 3 more to go.  Unfortunately, it's all indoors.  Still cold here in Michigan.  I will make my goal!

Looks like everyone is getting the job done!  Go Big 10 Team!

Here are our team stats for week-3 (pulled from your logs between 7:00pm and 7:30pm on Sunday).   Will be posting the official spreadsheet in the other thread soon.  Congratulations to Kim (kimta), who with 6 hours of biking and 2 hours of mountain biking has met her goal already.   11 days left in the challenge, let's finish strong.

Time to rise to the occasion and have a big push the last 11 days - spring is here and it is time to ride.

Besides, someone needs to make up for the BB teams showing in the Big Dance. Might as well be us, and it might as well be now!!

We can only do it together!

Not participating here, but still hoping this "Big-10" fares better than the basketball players.

Nope, I'm not 100% complete yet.  I'm not taking the easy way out!  I wasn't planning on counting the mountain biking hours because it's not focused training so I am still pushing to complete 8 hours of "real" training.  The mountain biking hours are family rides where I am riding the mountain bike pulling the trailer behind with my daughter in it.  It's good for the legs but we takes breaks to stop at the bagel shop or the park so I can't, in good conscence, count it as training.  Still pushing forward with the rest of you!

GO BIG 10 TEAM!!!

Should be taken care of on the official spread sheet which is all that matters for the challenge. Sorry about that.

Proud of myself this morning. Woke up at 5am to 5 inches of snow on the ground. Labored over going to spin class while laying in bed, and then decided to just do it. How many people showed up for class you ask? Well, just me and the teacher. Through the weirdness of being the only one listening to her motivational yelling, I couldn't stop smiling thinking how strange it must have looked.

I'm sorry for messing things up - just wanted to feel like I really worked hard and completely met my goal.  No sandbagging here!

We definitely have a shot at winning this thing - LET'S GO BIG 10 TEAM!!!

Way to Go!!!

With dedication and devotion like that, this team cannot fail. If I have it figured right, we might be one long ride each from completing our goals. (Okay, maybe two for those with higher times)

but the goals are in reach for all
