That is an email with random words picked and placed together as to not sound too much like spam so that it won't be blocked by any spam blocker or junk mail software. 

Basically, what happens, whenever you open the email, a reply email is sent to the sender to let them know that you opened the email and that you have a valid email address.  This also happens when you delete spam email. 

The best way to combat this problem is to disable your automatic sending/receiving options.  Just set it to automatically receive email, but to prompt for sending.  These messages don't usually don't show up in your "Sent Items" folder (due to the coding behind the spam email).

Well, enough of showing my "Nerdiness."
