What is Your Longest Run, Bike, Swim Ever? (Page 9)

run: 58 miles (well, the first 45 or so miles were running and I walked the last 13)

bike: 112 in one ride, but did the AIDS ride this year - 545+ miles in 7 days

swim: 4500m

Run: 26.2 miles (race)

Bike: 80 miles (training ride)

Swim: 3300 meters (training swim)

Swim = 1.76 miles

Bike = 204 miles in one day.....Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic 2007

Run = 15 miles......just did it last Saturday.

run: 10k

bike: 41.8 miles - hoping to do a 100k next year

swim: 4k, longest continuous 2.5k i think - hoping to do a 5k next year for charity

swim - 4500 m
bike - 60 miles
run - 21 miles (2 weeks ago, will be 23 Saturday)
 

I don't know if I posted in this thread or not. Don't think I did. To date:

Swim - 3000 yds (I think)

Bike - 100 miles

Run - 10 miles

Run - Probably around 11 miles like 3.5 years ago before i started playing ultimate and this was how i did aerobic exercise/lose weight. I will be doing a half-marathon on my own like two weekends from now. Been slowly building back up my endurance running

Bike - 57 miles like two weekends ago.

Swim - 2400m  i need to push this up sometime, i consistently do either 2000, 2200, or 2400 every workout.

And the little Princess Cha Cha has run 3 laps around Sehome Hill (approx 6 miles of trail running)

Run - 26.2 if I ran the course perfectly (which I didn't)  Garmin indicated I went 26.7.

Bicycle - 103 in Tour de Moore Century

Swim - 750m. 

(Can you guess what I expect to be my limiting factor in my first tri in 8 weeks???    )

Wow, this thread has been around awhile.  The last time I posted to it was before I did the double back in '06.  I've since upped my swim and run distances:

Swim:  7.2 miles (swim portion in the triple)
Bike:  Still holding at the 340 miles from the 24 hr ride in '05 (but the bike in the triple wasn't too far behind with 336)
Run:  78.6 miles (run portion of the triple...not there was much running in it, more like I crossed that distance on my two feet and came close to involving the hands).

I hope to do a 100 mile run next year (and have it be much more of a run than what occured in the triple), but not so sure I'll top those swim and bike distances.

Getting into my first year of actual training here...

Swim 1500m (several times)

bike 30k  (to be SHATTERED in teh next month)

9.7k (to be rounded up to 10k in a few hours)
