Veteran  192   Draper, Utah |  Subject: What is Your Longest Run, Bike, Swim Ever?What is your longest run, swim, bike, either in terms of miles or hours you've ever done? Mine are: Run: 26.2 miles, and not one step father. Bike: 60 miles, and my butt is clenching just thinking about it. Swim: 2500 yards without stopping. Please share your personal records with the rest of us. |

Bike: Not sure - probably about 75 km back as a young adult. Run: +26.2 miles (If you've run in a marathon you likely ran more than the distance as it's near impossible to run the line they measured it on). |

I've done plenty of Metric and Full Centuries though. Swimming - 2500 in a workout and 1 mile without stopping. So I guess I'm a cyclist turned Triathlete... |

Gonna top that this sunday. Swim: 2000m Last month. No wonder my bicycling sucks. And I have a RED, blue and black bike which confuses my Speed Force. Run=15 miles swim=2500 yards Bike=101 miles in one day, 185 miles in 2 days (MS150 Houston to Austin, this will be my 9th year in a row). Next year, I plan on completing the MS150 in 1 day, all 185 miles of it. It is one of my long term goals! |

Longest Swim: 3100...not straight through, but real purty. Longest bike ride not in a spin room: about 28 miles. I have a double scheduled for Sunday....so cross your sweaty little fingers for me. Longest in the modern era is 3200 yard workout (this morning). Running, Modern era 7.5 miles a couple of weeks ago. I probably had some longer track practices (way back when), but not for sure. Bicycling, 30 miles Saturday. I know I had some longer bicycling days back in 1981/2/3 when I was riding a 10-speed Huffy. I expect to set a new personal endurance record tomorrow |

Another beginner here: Swim: 1800 yards (Only swimming since last November) Bike: 72 miles (about 3-4 years ago) Run: Somewhere around 4-4.5 miles. (Started running last summer, but sidelined for awhile with PF last fall).
