Subject: RE: 11.20.11 Sunday FundayDid a pool swim with the Tri team this morning - lots of drills along with a couple of decending sets - I have a slow speed and a faster speed - nothing in the middle, but I hope to get there some day. then it was a track workout - it was cold for us Seattle folk so we took it a bit easy. 3 mile decend...mile 1 - slow, mile 2 marathon pace, mile 3 - 20-30 seconds faster!
