Comments:

i wish there woulda been some gatorade on the course, water just wasn't cutting it.
What would you do differently?:

i wouldn't run 16 miles (most of it trail) the day before.
Post race
Warm down:

nothing, it was windy and i froze my tush off.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the 2.5 hour run the day before, but i am happy with the result. had a litle bit of trouble breathing half way through. maybe i'll bring along the inhaler next time.

Event comments:

beautiful. tough race if you want to go fast.

tough race if you want to go fast.

...and it's a tough race to race fast if you ran forever and a day on trails the day before!!

(that's a mouthful. )

Thanks for pacing me!!

See you in a few weeks!  I suspect you'll be pacing me again!

Trix, you're a machine.  22 miles in two days, well, that's just crazy talk.  Congrats on making BT proud.
