I seem to remember reading the tag on something I bought and it mentioned being designed to be worn without undergarments.

I can't remember what, but i think it was CWX brand tights or shorts.

This makes me wonder how do people know not to wear undergarments with their bathing suit? Because their parent knew and taught them? So, if your parent wear spandex bike or running shorts, did they tell you?
