I am IN!!! Just signed up for weightloss wars w/my brother online plus others pending, gonna kick his butt! I have acquired unneccesary mass I would like to drop 15 by April (have already lost 5) always wanted to really be at "race weight" year round!

Put me back in...started the year at 167.6. Looking for 162 by the end of the month.

Dropped from the 190s to 167.6 in 2012! Let's see if I can do that again in 2013 - ultimate 2013 goal = 145.

Count me in, please.  I really need to buckle down and truly give this a strong effort this time.  Finally got my iPod LoseIt app up to date and working again, hoping that will help.  I will post starting/goal weights after I weigh myself.

Out to dinner with the family, needed to vary from the salad/raw veggies so I had a turkey burger with no bun and lettuce tomato! I did have a treat of sweet potato fries that really werent that good. I had water w/lemon even though my husbands beer looked sooooo good!!

2 lbs down in 5 days with 1 hour or more of cardio daily w/one rest day per week

Race weight in July was 235!

250ish on New years!

goal for race season 215 or more

let me clarify I have been doing lots of strength training and it shows

will post weight on Monday!

been using the "Lose It" app it's pretty great, especially the scan it function! I am pretty amazed what scans in. I am from Canada and lots of times those sort of things don't work!

it even scaned the baked in house raisin bread from my grocery store!

I am back in, been slacking in my postings here and need accountability again.  I have put on a few pounds since December, not only because of the Holidays but have been doing strength training as well. 

Start of 2012 - North of 245lbs

1/08/13 - 193.4lbs

51.6lbs in one year, I can live with that.  I still have a bit more to loose, but I need to get used to the fact that I will always weigh in heavier then a lot of people.  I am only 5'10'' but am built like a tree (hey, I set the record for largest chest circumference when I was born at my hospital!).  Goal for the EOM is to hit 190 again.

I joined an awesome gym at the start of December and have incorporated strength training into my routine I'm sure that this is part of the weight gain that I experienced over the last month, the rest can be attributed to to many dang Christmas cookies.   

My ultimate goal - 175lbs.  I'm thinking of doing a 1/2 iron distance in August, being that weight for the race would be awesome.
