IMFL training camp!

Hey all!! I am hoping I can get enough of you to join me for a weekend IMFL training camp the last weekend of September. Friday the 29th-Sunday Oct.1st. I need a good size group to make it worth it for my coach to fly down to be our fearless leader. I would find a house for us all to rent, so the accomodations should be pretty reasonable.

 At this point we are estimating the cost for the training itself to be around 150-200 bucks per person, depending on how many people we get. If we get more than 8, it'll be 150 dollars. The maximum number of people would be 15, so everyone can get the attention they need.

The price includes 3 days of guided training on the course. Here is a rough outline for what we would do:

Friday AM swim clinic plus 4000 M swim
Friday mid day easy spin, 1 hour
Friday evening easy run, 1 hour
dinner with group

Sat AM bike clinic plus bike ride 112 miles (2 groups) - 2 short stops for refueling and then regroup and do a transition run 45 min at IM pace, NAP and meet for dinner and talk about Im training

Sun - AM Run clinic, Bike 56 miles, quick transition, run 13 miles

Doesn't that sound totally AWESOME!!!! Come on people, just think how great it will feel to tackle this 5 weeks out from IMFL!!
