Expert 1115 Spokane, WA | Subject: RE: 1.21.13 Monday Funday Runday? Heading to the Y to swim in a couple hours, somewhere in the 2500-3000 yd range followed by running home 6.4 miles. Hoping it goes well, 1st workout of any sort since last Tuesday thanks to a grueling work schedule where my shortest day was 14 hours and my longest was just over 18. Have a great day. |

No running (it isn't a whole lot of fun these days anyway; something always hurts); a bit of fun in the pool but not as much as I'd like. 2500m of 150's and IM type stuff. Really miss my leisurely 3000m + workouts at home. I had only about 45 minutes to swim so the workout was anything but....no pause between sets! |
