Subject: RE: February TotalsWow, many of y'all are really cranking out the volume! Now I can see a glimpse of what training for an IM looks like. February was definitely the most volume I've done so far, but it pales in comparison. I only had three rest days, but normally I can only squeeze in a 30 - 45minute workout during the week and not too much more on the weekend. I've been trying to improve my biking and swimming, so running has taken backseat. However, some of my rides were at a more social pace.
