I REALLY believe a better choice of words should have been used here:
"She fingered her own son, who is a juvenile, as the culprit"

I have the opposite problem. I have a poptart fairy who gives me boxes of them at work from time to time. But it's not the kind I like, so I sneak them out and replace them with the brown sugar ones. It's a little weird.

It drives me nuts when the kids eat something that I wanted, but it's hardly a crime.

Now I'm just guessing here, but I bet that women didn't really NEED that pop-tart, if you get my drift. Unless they start making them with lithium filling and thorazine sprinkles.

I'm absolutely amazed that the police actually arrested the boy and charged him.
