Comments: My wave went out with the rest of the men....was really hard, lots of people in the way, got pushed down once. What would you do differently?: Give the men's wave a couple of minutes to advance. Post race
Warm down: wetsuit off, dried off, got some choc milk. What limited your ability to perform faster: more OWS. Also, I found it hard to get my legs and arms in a good rhythm, so maybe less time with the pull buoy and more time swimming with leg kicks. Event comments: There didn't seem to be a lot marketing for this part of the race. Would have liked to have seem more people than just 3 in the race.
