Comments: did a really good job keeping calm and low respiration rate, got goggles kicked off during first 250m, but recovered very fast What would you do differently?: get out ahead earlier Transition 1
Comments: long run from the water to the TA; need to be faster on my feet; good bike start What would you do differently?: faster Bike
Comments: killer segment; really went fast and felt great! What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 2
Comments: ok xtion, got fluids and fuel in TA to boost run What would you do differently?: faster Run
Comments: sluggish start, but quickly sped up and maintained really fast pace on back half of the course What would you do differently?: chin up, eyes forward...faster Post race
