If she maintains her 17 mm pace that she recorded for her last 4.4 mile stretch, then she'll finish the last 6.3 in 1:47, putting her at 16:45. She would need a 19:20 pace to come in just under 17 hours. The benefits of living in Hawaii...midnight in Idaho is only 9pm for me. Keep going Deb. |
