Who's in for the MD Olympic Du in Howard Country on Sunday? I rode in that area for the tour de cure in May and it was a lot of long rolling hills

I was out there this morning. RR is posted. That must have been the most humid day of the year so far - by the end I was more drenched than I'd be in a tri. Very well organized race, I'd do it again.

"Rolling" is a perfect description of the course. If there was a flat part out there, I must have missed it.

I looked at the swim buoys and start thinking, "Man! How am I ever going to swim that? That looks like a very long distance from the bridge. I have never done it in one go." There's no turning back.

After doing duathlons for the last couple of years, I decided to go for a triathlon. Starting with an Olympic-distance race perhaps wasn't wise, but it was fun (of a sort).
