been working fine until this morning's outage. Now I cannot upload from the Garmin. It goes through the motions and then "an error occurred" and nothing shows up.

Can't upload bike workout from Garmin 310xt.  I get an Oops! error and when I try again, it has the workout listed as "previously uploaded."

Getting same error loading bike workouts today.   Reads and accepts the data fine, but after it's captured the data, it won't upload it.   Also tried to load by importing file but got the same error.   Using Garmin 305

Hope this can be fixed soon.

I also wasn't able to upload today.  USB from my Garmin Edge 500.  I could see the activity file, click the upload and it seemed to work for a while, until an error box popped up.

didn't work yesterday either FWIW

Update: Yesterday's bike workout I uploaded with the Garmin 500 just showed up in my logs. I have no idea if it's the upload from

Training Log/Add Today's Workout/Upload
or if it was from the
Edit Activity/Add/Bike

as I tried both but the Training Log menu went through all the steps and didn't give me an error but the Edit Activity went through all the steps then said an error occurred and that it sent a note to the site admins.

Yesterday's run and today's bike ride logged with a Garmin 310XT won't upload on Windows 7 and Firefox 22, neither via a device upload or a manual upload.

Standard error message appears every time:" Oops! Something's gone wrong. Please contact [email protected] and we'll get right on it."

Luckily, SportTracks and TrainingPeaks still keep track of everything. If BT doesn't work, the other two applicatons will replace it entirely.

Since I had three workouts to upload, I tried bulk upload.  That did not work for me.

When I tried to upload them individually, that worked fine though. Wink

Did you get an 'oops' error on the bulk upload?

If you go back through the 'upload' link, do you have the checkmarks saying that they have been uploaded already?

The Saturday ride said that it was uploaded already when I attempted the bulk upload.

Upload of today's run worked like a charm.

Friday's run and Saturday's bike ride were flagged as already having been uploaded, although the data didn't appear in the logs. Data were uploaded again and were saved apparently wthout any problems.

Many thanks and keep up the good work.

Edit Activity/Add/Bike

Today I did it that way and got the "Oops" error. Hit "Save" again and it all was good and it posted to the log.
