Comments:

Started feeling nausea around 12miles in. Stopped eating and drinking to see if it would settle down, and it sort of did but then i started cramping around 14miles. Took more gels and it helped a little but i think it was too late. I didn't have any salt tabs to test use under the tongue.

Talked with some other runners, then went and showered and walked back to the campsite.
