Woke up at 5:30, pulled on my tri clothes and grabbed my breakfast off the counter. Ate about 1/2-3/4 of my pbj whole wheat bagel before leaving.

Need to work on my siting, I wasted a lot of time drifting too far out from the boys. With the small wave there weren't even people to fight with. I haven't been swimming much, and it shows

Course: part of the route went down a pedestrian/bike bath that wasn't closed so there were a lot of people walking/riding. then it went out onto the boardwalk along the water which also had a lot of runners/walkers on it. It wasn't a big deal since the field was so small, but if there was more of a turnout it would have been a problem.
