4:15am: 60 minute run
5:15am: Strength training Fink 5 + preseason

Kicking in to my training plan for Tyler, TX Olympic in March and Rev3 Williamsburg Half in June. 45 Minute run this morning at 5:00 a.m. and I'll be doing intervals on the trainer tonight. Running in the morning makes my students much easier to deal with. LOL

Swimming - 2 x 300m (4min45sec), 2 x 200m, 2 x 100m, 2 x 50m.

I only timed the 300s as the tri I'm doing is a 320m (400yd) swim, plus I didn't have anything to note down the other swims. Doubt I would have remembered all the times...

AM 58 minute run
PM 3000m of swimming in COLD pool. Even the HS guys were complaining. First time the pool has been under 80 in my recollection. Only got warm on the hard 100's, the rest of the time was actually cold while swimming. Maybe I will do 400's this weekend!

Hey all!

60 min spin with power this morning - my legs just didn't have it so I couldn't hit my numbers - HATE that! Oh well, still a good effort!

2 mile run

45 min spin that usually sucks cuz I have no juice in the legs from the mornings effort - but todays felt ok. Probably because I couldn't go as hard in the morning. Go figure! It's hard sometimes to balance my 4 classes a week - 2x on Tues/Thurs.

LOTS of stretching and foam rolling!
