So, I've signed up for tonight's Camelia Bridge 5K, a rare stand-alone 5K for me, in fact the last one I did was the inaugural running of this race two years ago when the bridge opened. I need to establish a benchmark, though, to help figure out all my other running paces. Not sure how to approach an evening race, 7:15pm start, so I'll probably eat a small supper around 3:30, 4:00. |

Probably will have to walk the run (achilles pain issues and PT said don't run if you want to see this heal up soon). Will be my first sprint. But will come back next summer and do this one or a similar in full with my body in top shape! |
