anyone know what to expect on the weekend. I am woefully unprepared for racing. This is going to be "fun".

Training was going well up to the end of June, then we moved houses and I went back to work after Maternity leave. I've been on my bike twice in the past 2 months and not been to the pool once. Luckily I'm a good swimmer, so I should be able to manage not to drown

MSC posted on Facebook that the water was measured at 21.5C today (71F). Not sure how much it will change by the weekend

Good luck and have more than 'fun' - maybe some actual fun

ETA: oops, saw that John posted

Good luck to everyone racing this weekend. looks like I'll be sitting out after all. I woke up with a bad back this morning and it is just getting worse as the day goes on. Even if by miracle it feels okay in the morning, I don't think I should be doing a tri.

I find this is occurring after almost every workout. The pattern is always the same: freezing 10 min after a workout and 2 hours to warm up again. I am not sick. My diet is healthy.
