Anyone know of a reputable shop to get shoes, shorts, etc. I am looking for something in the Marietta, Woodstock or Roswell area.
Thanks!!

All3Sports is in Dunwoody, right off of GA400.

I second the recommendation for All3Sports. Top notch place. It's an what appears to be a business park instead of a retail location, but don't let that confuse you. Look at all3sports.com to see what they have. They can go pull stuff from the warehouse if you go to the store.

Very nice people and very helpful with questions.

I agree, all3sports is awesome. They are one of the top online retailers of tri gear and we're fortunate enough to have the store in GA! All the people that work there are super nice, helpful and most (if not all) of them are triathletes as well. It is located in an office park and you have to know it's there or you'd never find it, it's in the very back. If you call the store they can give you great directions to the store. Perfomance bike has a few tri clothing items and cyclesports also, but I definitely recommend all3sports.

All3 is by far the best for Tri stuff and holds many accolades as a top online store.  I shopt around for shoes and clothing to find the best deal.  Other places that don't focus on tri but still have good stuff include:

--Performance Bikes (3 locations)
--Roswell Bicycles
--Pearl Izumi Outlet (up 400)
--REI

My vote for All 3 Sports..I could spend every paycheck there.  I think they have the best selection of tri clothes and carry my fav. shorts brand..Desoto.  I haven't found many local places that carry Desoto.  As much as I do love All 3, check around if your buying nutrition, bike accessories, etc.  I bought a flat kit there last week and saw it $5 cheaper at Performance later that day.  Not a big deal, but it can add up.

Roswell bikes does have a decent selection of clothing, but not as much tri stuff.  And I think REI has good prices on nutritional stuff...especially if you're a member since you get $$ back at the end of each year.

BTW, did you just join BT Cathy?  If so, welcome!  I'm in Woodstock too, at the Cobb border.  Do you train a lot in the area?

another vote for All3sports. also check out the Pearl Izumi outlet up 400 if you're ever up that way. not really a lot of tri stuff, small selection of tri shorts and tops, but they have good deals on running and biking specific clothing.

cathysattic14 - 2006-08-18 1:30 PM How do the Dosoto's fit?.....to size, small, etc.

I don't think they fit smaller...I wear a medium in their Low rise tri short and some of the other brands the medium felt too small.  I like the low rise fit a lot, they are comfortable to train and race in.  Plus they are a little shorter than many styles of bike shorts.  I've been meaning to get another pair, but All 3 is gearing down for the winter and is a bit low on some sizes.  It's still worth a visit though!

I just finished my third race(Acworth) and I'm loving every second of it!

I have Peachtree City next weekend and then one of the following, but I can't decide:
10/8- Emerald Point @ Lake Lanier
10/14- Emerald Coast Spring in Panama City

What about you?
